Founder and Chairperson of Yayasan Jiwa Pulih Bahagia, with more than 10 years of experience in mental health and humanitarian work. Currently, Frans focuses on creating safe spaces for young people to talk about mental health without stigma. With a trauma-informed and positive psychology approach, Fransisca leads programs such as peer counseling, expressive arts, and community-based education that is inclusive and transformative.

Co-founder of Yayasan Jiwa Pulih Bahagia, actively engaged in creative and social communities. Eduardo has a strong interest in youth issues, particularly those related to self-expression and safe spaces. With a humanistic and artistic approach, he contributes to the development of art-based and community programs that are friendly, open, and collaborative.

A communication consultant with more than 12 years of experience in the NGO sector, particularly in gender equality and the empowerment of women and children. She has expertise in designing campaign narratives, managing multi-stakeholder communications, and disseminating research-based knowledge. Currently, she is exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and humanism, including its impact on the future of mental health.

With more than 10
years of experience in communications and active involvement in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, she supports Yayasan Jiwa Pulih Bahagia in developing impactful and representative communication strategies, ensuring that the organization’s messages foster empathy, awareness, and equitable social change.

An advocate passionate about sustainable agriculture and community development, working with Ecotica to promote eco-friendly farming, community empowerment, and environmental preservation. Her culinary work reflects her commitment to sustainability, often featuring fresh, locally sourced plant-based ingredients and traditional low-waste methods.

Joined TMH.ID in May 2024, bringing over two years of experience in managing social media across various industries. She specializes in creating engaging content, building online communities, and running digital campaigns that amplify organizational impact. Her expertise helps TMH.ID strengthen its online presence and connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.

An International Relations student with a strong interest in art and contemporary social issues, she brings a unique perspective that blends global awareness with creative expression. Her curiosity drives her to explore how cultural narratives, diplomacy, and social change intersect, while her passion for art enables her to communicate ideas in engaging and impactful ways.

Joined TMH.ID in July 2025, driven by a strong interest in humanitarian and social issues. She is a counselor specializing in mental health support for children and women survivors of violence, providing trauma-informed care and safe spaces for healing. Her expertise and empathy contribute to TMH.ID’s mission of building an inclusive and supportive community.
